What are the benefits of outsourcing your fulfilment?
It allows us to concentrate on what we do best - making fabulous gin - and not on packing orders. Also, it actually allows us to hold more stock. We are very limited on storage but offloading our stock to the fulfilment warehouse frees up space to produce more and keep up with demand.
How have you found your partnership?
Incredibly refreshing. The can-do attitude and 'always finding a way' is wonderful. It’s normally us that pushes hard and finds the way - so to find and be working with a like-minded partner is fabulous.
What are your business plans and goals for the future?
Growth! We have really ambitious plans, expanding our premises and our hospitality offering with a gorgeous new bar and visitor space, which opened in September.
