Derived from the names of our daughters, Darcey and Jessica, the Darcica name reflects the family values at the heart of our business, alongside our commitment to providing exceptional service while reducing the environmental impact of logistics.
Based at our 47,500 sq ft facility in Bicester, Oxfordshire, our premises include a dedicated fulfilment centre, secure storage areas and dedicated packing rooms, providing the space and infrastructure to support businesses with their evolving logistics requirements.
Our comprehensive range of services includes plastic-free ecommerce fulfilment, inventory management, pick and pack services, same-day and next-day courier services, secure storage and sustainable deliveries using our fleet of electric vehicles.
Alongside our fulfilment and delivery services, we provide parcel and pallet storage, real-time tracking and streamlined management of local, national and international deliveries through our easy-to-use platform. We also facilitate pallet collections throughout Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, providing businesses with a convenient and reliable solution for transporting and storing larger quantities of goods.
As a proud member of Palletways UK, Europe’s largest and most trusted pallet network, we specialise in the express delivery of palletised freight, delivering goods locally, nationally and internationally.
Sustainability is embedded throughout our operations. We are one of the first organisations in the UK to achieve Mission Zero accreditation, equivalent to FORS Gold, including the Sustainability Module aligned with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Our Sustainable Action Plan helps us evaluate the environmental, social, governance and economic impacts of our operations, identify opportunities for improvement and measure our progress. We can also provide CO2 saving reports, helping customers understand the positive environmental impact of choosing more sustainable logistics solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience across transport, logistics and environmental management, Darcica is led by an experienced and committed leadership team.
Today, we have more than 90 drivers operating from three depots in Bicester, Swindon and Reading, providing reliable and sustainable delivery and fulfilment services to businesses and organisations across the region and beyond.
