Derived from the names of our daughters, Darcey and Jessica, the 'Darcica' brand embodies family values and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
Situated in a spacious 47,500 square foot facility in Bicester, our premises feature a fulfilment centre, secure storage areas, and dedicated packing rooms.

Our comprehensive range of services includes plastic-free ecommerce fulfilment, inventory management, pick-and-pack services, same-day and next-day courier services, and eco-friendly deliveries utilising our fleet of electric vehicles.

We are one of the first in the UK to achieve ‘Mission Zero’ accreditation (equivalent to FORS Gold) including the Sustainability Module, aligned to the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Darcica’s Sustainable Action Plan includes; evaluating environmental, social, governance, and economic impacts of its operations, identifying improvements, implementing change, and measuring success. Furthermore, we also provide CO2 saving reports to demonstrate the positive environmental impact of your business operations.
In addition, we offer parcel and pallet storage, real-time tracking, and seamless management of local, national, and international deliveries through a user-friendly platform, simplifying your courier needs. Moreover, we facilitate pallet collections across Oxfordshire, providing a convenient solution for businesses requiring efficient transport and storage of large quantities of goods.
Meet the Team
Boasting more than 20 years’ experience in transport logistics and environmental management, our company is overseen by a committed leadership team. Presently, we have over 90 drivers operating from three large depots situated in Bicester, Swindon, and Reading, offering sustainable delivery and fulfilment services to several prominent organisations.
