How our courier services work
Each day, we manage over 50 delivery routes across Swindon and Reading. Our drivers use handheld devices to manage their deliveries and carry out vehicle checks before loading.
We provide daily training, safety reminders, and ongoing support to make sure every courier has the tools and knowledge to work safely and efficiently.
After collecting parcels from the delivery station in the morning, drivers follow pre-planned and optimised routes for efficient delivery. A typical shift lasts around 8–9 hours.
At the end of the day, drivers return to the depot, where a lead driver will debrief, collect devices and keys, and thank each driver for their hard work.
We deliver 362 days a year, come rain or shine, so there’s always work available, whether you’re looking for one day a week or a full-time schedule. We do not permit 7-day working to help prevent driver fatigue and ensure safe, sustainable performance.
If you’re interested in joining a friendly, professional courier team that values flexibility, reliability, and fair pay, we’d love to hear from you.
