Bringing Darcica to the eCommerce Expo 2026

What a fantastic two days our team had at eCommerce Expo 2026 at ExCeL London last month! As the UK’s premier event for retail technology, digital marketing, and supply chain innovation, September’s show proved once again that the future of retail depends on fast, reliable, and fundamentally sustainable operations.
At Stand F62, we were proud to make our mark as a certified B Corp™ and members of the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA). As a family-run business, we showed how ambitious brands can scale order fulfilment using our 45,000 sq foot fulfilment centre, all without compromising environmental stewardship.
From Screen to Stand
Exhibiting at a major industry event takes serious teamwork, and we couldn't have pulled it off without our brilliant partners.
A massive thank you to Warren Kerley, Darren Aston, and their fabulous teams at Tank2create and Aston and James. Thanks to their creativity, sharp eye for detail, and hard work, they delivered an eye-catching stand and top-tier branded merch that brought our vision to life. Everything came together perfectly, giving us the ultimate platform to connect with businesses looking for smarter, greener supply chain solutions.
Key Takeaways from the Show Floor
The exhibitor floor at ExCeL London is always far more than just a place to walk between conference sessions; it’s where real operational challenges get solved in real time.
Throughout the event, our team engaged with retail founders, e-commerce managers, and operations leaders who were all asking the same vital question:
How can we scale our order management and streamline operations while meeting growing demand for eco-friendly practices?
Here is what we found:
1. Overcoming the In-House Growth Struggle
Many growing e-commerce businesses reach a tipping point where managing pick, pack, and dispatch in-house or in temporary spaces begins to stall expansion. Founders are actively seeking end-to-end 3PL logistics partners who can seamlessly manage everything from goods-in to nationwide distribution. As a family-run business operating out of our 45,000 sq ft fulfilment centre, we showed visitors how our personal commitment to going the extra mile provides the reliability and scale growing brands need.
2. Delivering Genuine Sustainable Fulfilment
Sustainability is a core commercial priority. Retailers want transparent, measurable ways to reduce their Scope 3 supply chain emissions. As a certified B Corp™, we demonstrate that green logistics isn't about greenwashing; it’s backed by strict industry standards and concrete action. From plastic-free packaging options and Mission Zero Accreditations to our investment in zero-emission electric vehicles, we help brands deliver on their eco-commitments right to the end consumer’s doorstep.
3. Supply Chain Visibility and Technology
The demand for seamless integration between online platforms and warehouse management systems remains top-of-mind. Retailers need real-time inventory tracking, multi-carrier shipping options, and full visibility to eliminate costly errors and avoid stockouts. Demonstrating how transparent software powers our daily operations sparked great conversations around optimising retail supply chain solutions.

Connecting with ambitious e-commerce brands, testing ideas, and exploring retail supply chain solutions is what makes events like eCommerce Expo so valuable. We came away with fresh insights, fantastic new connections, and exciting opportunities to help UK businesses scale sustainably.
